Terms of Business

The course fee must be paid in full no later than 10 working days prior to the start of the course.
U-Phorm reserve the right to allocate the place to another delegate if fees are not paid in time.
An organisation may provide a substitute delegate, at any time, at no extra charge.
Cancellations to bookings must be made 10 working days prior to the start of the course. If the delegate fails to attend or cancels within the 10 working day period, the full course fee must be paid.
U-Phorm reserve the right to cancel a course, at any time, without liability. In this event delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
