Customer Service Apprenticeship (Level
2)
The Customer Service Apprenticeship is ideal for staff working
on reception or similar areas of employment with direct contact
with customers. The Customer Service Apprenticeship is widely recognised
across all areas of employment and it is easily transferable if
you are considering progression outside of the fitness industry.
The Customer Service Apprenticeship
is comprised of the following qualifications:
NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service
This qualification aims to assess the competence of anyone working
face-to-face, telephone, or written correspondence with customers.
Technical Certificate Level 2 in Customer
Service
An exam-based qualification aiming to assess the technical knowledge
of fundamental customer service procedures and ways of dealing with
aggressive, submissive and assertive customers.
Key Skills Level 1 in Communication and
Application of Number
This qualification is assessed within
the context of your daily communication with customers and working
with retail transactions. At Level 1, assessment is through a brief
assignment book which doubles as NVQ evidence plus a final examination.
