and Exercise
This qualification aims to assess the competence of personal trainers

employment law and sports and leisure specific industry awareness.
Competence is assessed through a business project portfolio which
doubles towards Communication and Application of Number evidence.
A final examination is also required for this outcome.
Key Skills Level 2 in Communication and
Application of Number through Business

aspirations to climb the ladder to a managerial position.
Two Additional Employer Requirements
There are a variety of short unit
based 'add-ons' to meet the additional employer requirements. You
may be exempt from one or more of these if you have a health and
safety or first aid certificate. Customer service unit 'add-ons'
are another popular appropriate to meet this requirement. Your assessor
will discuss the options available to you before enrolment.
